This precious girl is as sweet as her name! Carnation is looking for a little TLC and some extra treats to help her gain a few pounds, but she's already full of love, personality, and playful energy.
She walks nicely on leash and loves exploring the yard, taking in all the wonderful smells along the way. But one of Carnation's absolute favorite things is FETCH! Throw the ball, and she is ready to chase it down and bring it right back for another round!
When playtime is over, Carnation is happy to soak up some affection-and she definitely won't say no to a good butt scratch!
Sweet, playful, and absolutely precious, Carnation is ready for someone to give her the TLC she deserves and watch her blossom.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
