MEET KELLY - A SWEET GIRL WHO JUST NEEDS A LITTLE TIME
Kelly is a sweet girl who is finding shelter life a little overwhelming. The noise, activity, and busy environment can be a lot for her, and what Kelly really needs is a loving, peaceful home where she can relax and feel safe.
Once Kelly gets to know you, she becomes affectionate and warms up to new people surprisingly quickly. She just needs someone willing to give her the time and patience she needs to build her confidence and figure out this big new world.
Kelly isn't looking for a life full of excitement. She enjoys slow, relaxed walks where she can take her time and explore at her own pace.
She may be a little unsure right now, but underneath that uncertainty is a sweet girl who is waiting to feel secure enough to let her personality shine.
Kelly doesn't need someone to rush her. She needs someone who will say, "Take your time, sweetheart. I've got you."

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
