Charles has a lot of fun personality in his 8-pound body! He is a playful and happy dog, who is around one year old. He was recently diagnosed with megaesophagus, a lifelong condition that will require some extra support from his forever family. He is currently being fed food in slurry form and is on multiple medications to manage his condition. A Bailey Chair was generously donated to him, and he is in the process of learning how to eat a meal in it. Charles is so much more than his diagnosis, he is always happy to play and chase his favorite small soft toys, go on walks in the neighborhood, and snuggle into soft beds. Charles is currently living with a foster family but is still looking for a special forever home. If you'd like to meet him, please email us WCRAS-Behavior@wilcotx.gov to schedule a day and time. We can't wait for you to get to know this special boy!
