LOLA IS LOVING LIFE IN FOSTER!
Lola is soaking up the good life in her loving foster home, and her foster family has SO many wonderful things to say about her!
Lola is house-trained, great on leash, gentle, low-energy, and loves going for walks. She absolutely loves getting pets and especially enjoys curling up on the couch with her people.
She's a big fan of her chew toys and is a powerful chewer, happily working on knee bones, bully sticks, and nylon toys. The best part? She knows the difference between her toys and your things and only chews on her toys!
Lola loves being around people but is also perfectly content hanging out in the yard, where she enjoys watching the squirrels and birds. She has adored all of the adult visitors she's met in her foster home.
She does okay in a crate, with a little whining, and she can be protective of her home, barking when she sees people outside.
If you're looking for a gentle, easygoing companion who loves walks, couch cuddles, snacks, and being near her people, Lola may be your girl!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
