Meet Pistachio!
Talk about a black beauty! Pistachio is an absolute sweetheart with so much love to give. She is a great loose-leash walker and enjoys taking a nice stroll with her people.
Once she gets comfortable, Pistachio is happy to show you just how affectionate she is-and she may even give you a few kisses!
And what a perfect size she is! Pistachio is just right for car rides, playtime, cuddles, and settling in for a good binge-watching session with her favorite person.
Sweet, affectionate, gorgeous, and ready to find her people-Pistachio is one special girl!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
