Oreo is a fun-loving girl who can't help but get excited when meeting new people-she may jump up to say hello, but once the introductions are over, she settles in beautifully for a nice walk. She loves soaking up attention, especially ear rubs and plenty of pets. When playtime rolls around, you'll find her happily chasing tennis balls or keeping a watchful eye on those sneaky squirrels. If you're looking for a sweet, active companion who's always ready for an adventure and some cuddles afterward, Oreo is waiting to meet you!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
