True to her name, Happy is an incredibly sweet girl with a joyful spirit and a heart full of love. She's housetrained and a wonderful companion who enjoys car rides, peaceful downtime, and getting out for runs and walks.

Happy has a nice balance of playful and mellow-she loves to have fun but is just as content relaxing on her own when she needs a little quiet time. She already knows her basic commands like sit, lay down, and wait, and her easygoing nature makes her a pleasure to be around.

She's a social butterfly who is friendly with people of all ages, though she can be a little cautious when meeting someone new at first. With a little patience, her sweet personality truly shines.

Happy has lived with another dog before, but we recommend a meet and greet with any resident dogs to ensure a good match. She can tolerate cats, but her playful, rambunctious energy may be a bit much for some feline friends.

If you're looking for a loving, well-rounded companion who can be both your adventure buddy and your chill partner, Happy might be the perfect fit

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.

We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
