Herb is a very sweet boy who just wants to share his love with his people. He'll greet you with excitement every time you come home, ready to make your day better instantly.
He's got a great balance of energy - Herb would love to join you for exercise, whether it's running, playing with toys, or even trying out agility activities. But he's just as happy to wind down, relax on the couch, and enjoy some quiet time by your side.
Herb is house trained, enjoys car rides, and is always up for whatever the day brings - whether it's adventure or relaxation. He's simply looking for a loving home where he can be your loyal companion through it all.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
