Tucker is a 4-year-old, 50-pound sweetheart who truly checks all the boxes ??
He's fully housetrained and will politely let you know when he needs to head outside - what a gentleman! Tucker already knows commands like "sit" and "shake," especially when treats are involved, and he may have a few bonus tricks up his sleeve too.
This boy is the definition of sweet and patient. He loves being near his people and is always up for a cuddle session. Despite how affectionate he is, Tucker has a wonderfully calm nature - he hasn't barked once while in foster care!
At bedtime, he settles nicely into his own space and sleeps like a pro. During the day, he enjoys playing with toys and just being part of whatever his humans are doing. And bonus: when he naps, he lets out the cutest little snores that will absolutely melt your heart.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
