Hi, I'm Elsa! I may start off a little shy, but give me a moment and you'll see just how sweet and friendly I really am. I'm a little over 2 years old and have been living the good life in a foster home, where I've learned important things like being housetrained and how to enjoy a good car ride. My foster family says I'm such a wonderful fur baby, and I do my best to live up to that every day!
I love making new friends-even if I take a minute to warm up, I'm always ready to bring some gentle joy into your world. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals at any time during open hours.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
