This affectionate little guy loves to curl up in your lap, shower you with kisses, and soak up all the love he can get. Treats are definitely the way to his heart, and he'll happily accept them while getting to know you.
Scrappy Doo is uncomfortable with new people, so he'll do best with a family willing to meet him several times and let the relationship develop at his own pace. He would thrive in a low-traffic, adult-only home where he can settle in without the stress of frequent visitors or lots of activity.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
