Bea is a sweet girl who may be a little reserved when meeting new people, but once she knows and trusts you, she becomes the ultimate Velcro dog. She loves to snuggle and will happily stay close to her favorite person.
She is potty trained, crate trained, and enjoys relaxing with her favorite Nylabone. Bea walks nicely on a leash, though she can get a little excited when other dogs are nearby.
Bea gets along well with her current canine friend, and they love playing chase in the backyard. A meet and greet with any resident dogs is recommended. She was also very curious about cats at first, but that curiosity has settled down over time.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time to blossom, Bea is ready to steal your heart.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
