Munches is a very handsome, medium-sized boy who is discovering that the world can be a pretty wonderful place when you have a friend by your side.
When Munches first arrived, he was understandably afraid and unsure. But day by day, he is learning to trust us a little more-and watching his confidence grow is so rewarding. His leash walks are becoming more enjoyable and relaxed, and hes discovering that play yard time can be a whole lot of fun, too!
Munches is looking for a special buddy who will give him the patience, love, and encouragement he needs to continue coming out of his shell. With a little time and a lot of kindness, this handsome boy is sure to become an amazing companion.
The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We'll see you soon at either location!
