Cora is a sweet 9-year-old girl looking for a second chance at happiness. She was adopted from our shelter as a puppy nine years ago, but recently found herself back with us as a stray. We made every effort to contact her owners, but sadly, no one came for her.
Now Cora is ready to start a new chapter.
This gentle senior deserves a loving home where she can spend her golden years surrounded by kindness, comfort, and love. Whether you're looking to adopt or foster, Cora would be so grateful for a soft bed, caring hands, and someone to call her own.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
