Meet Phineas Fog!
Phineas Fog is a brave, stoic, and smart boy who came to NHS with his sibling, Cleopatra, and is now ready to find a forever home of his very own!
This playful and curious guy loves exploring his surroundings and making the most of every adventure. He's always up for some fun, whether that means playing, running around, or checking out something new. And after all that activity, Phineas is more than happy to soak up lots and lots of attention and pets.
Phineas's perfect day? Playing, running, exploring, and then getting plenty of pets and attention from his favorite people. Could you be the forever family he's been waiting for?

Cats are feline leukemia/feline immunodeficiency virus tested (if applicable), if there is a litter, one in the litter is tested or the queen is tested. They have had at least their first distemper combo (booster given if been in our care for the appropriate time), been de-wormed, microchipped, and treated with a flea and tick product (if applicable). All the cats are spayed or neutered before they leave for their forever homes.
