How I Arrived At NHS: I was part of an unwanted litter but was pretty upset when I first came in and really didn't like being at the shelter so I'm hanging out in my foster home while I wait to find my new family.
Notes from my foster mom: Purrnando was so named because he purrs all the time, this sweet little guy is a gem! He has so many fun quirks like trying to climb doorposts, pouncing on outlet covers, and my personal favorite, burrowing under all the blankets to form his signature lump because he loves to be warm and cozy. He loves lightweight toys that he can flip around, exploring, and all the head and cheek pets he can get. One more thing: he has the sweetest meow and he's not afraid to use it to make you fall in love with him. He might take a day to warm up to you, but after the short probationary period, he'll be your best friend for life.
Good With Kids: likely with a slow introduction
Good With Cats: yes
Good With Dogs: unknown but possibly with a proper introduction
Cats are feline leukemia/feline immunodeficiency virus tested (if applicable), if there is a litter, one in the litter is tested or the queen is tested. They have had at least their first distemper combo (booster given if been in our care for the appropriate time), been de-wormed, microchipped, and treated with a flea and tick product (if applicable). All the cats are spayed or neutered before they leave for their forever homes.
