Hi friends - I'm Damon! Small pup. Big personality. Endless entertainment!
I'm a super happy, wild little pup currently hanging out at BHS while I look for my forever home! When I first arrived at just 2 months old, I had a pretty rough start - a broken jaw! But the amazing vet team here and my foster mom jumped into action and made sure I got the care I needed. I've been recovering like a champ in a cozy foster home, and now I'm ready to find my people who are going to help me thrive!
Even though I've been on "medical chill mode" for a little while, my playful, silly puppy spirit is fully intact, and trust me - I'm ready to let it shine! I am ready for a permanent best dog friend or maybe two! I have been in two foster homes and have been very playful and interested in other dogs. The Training & Behavior Department feel another dog will help teach me all the things I need to know to be the bestest puppy I can be!
A few fun facts about me:
- Wild man alert! I'm an energetic, playful dude who LOVES to zoom around and make people laugh.
- I need a dog sibling (or two!) - having another playful, friendly pup in the house helps me burn off my zoomies and keeps me entertained!
- Toys are my favorite - balls, squeaky toys, chew toys... if it makes noise or moves, I want it!
- I'm curious about everything and can't wait to explore the world outside of my foster home.
- I'm still working on my puppy manners, but I'm super smart and eager to learn.
Right now, I'm still finishing up my recovery and haven't had the chance to be a totally normal puppy just yet - but I've been patiently waiting for my time to shine, and it's coming soon! The vet team here at BHS is looking forward to speaking with you!

Interested in meeting me? We recommend submitting a general online adoption application and then heading to the shelter when my foster mom brings me so we can get to know each other. I will be here Tuesdays thru Saturdays and can be met between the hours of 12pm and 4pm. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. *Please note: all applications are considered general until the animal has been met.
