Petunia is the kind of dog who makes every day a little brighter. Whether she's greeting you with a tail wag that could power a small fan, climbing into your lap for snuggles, or happily soaking up kisses, she knows how to charm everyone she meets - staff, volunteers, and strangers alike!
Petunia's Favorite Things:
- Car rides! She'll sit like a little human in the back seat, quietly, especially if there's a pup cup involved.
- Toys and treats. This girl loves her enrichment activities, plushies, and chewy bones.
- Water fun. Word on the street is Petunia is a pool girly!
- Learning new tricks. She already knows sit and paw, and she's so eager to please.
- Playtime and attention. She's always up for a little adventure or a cuddle on the couch.
Petunia is also very polite about letting you know when she needs a potty break - a gentle stare and a baby whimper is her way of saying, "excuse me, can we step outside?" With a consistent routine, she'll be fully house trained in no time.
She's playful and puppy-like, occasionally hopping up when she's excited, but it's all part of her adorable charm. Petunia would thrive with an active person or family who loves outdoor fun, belly rubs, and spontaneous car ride adventures.
