Rugar is a stunning 2-year-old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix with a gentle heart and soulful eyes that tell a story. He's been through more than any dog should, and while he's still a little unsure in new situations, he's incredibly sweet and eager to trust again. Rugar is wonderful with kids and does great with cats, showing just how big and kind his heart really is. He's looking for a home that can offer him the patience, love, and stability he's never truly had. With time and kindness, Rugar will blossom into the loyal, devoted companion he was meant to be. If you believe in second chances and have room in your heart for a dog who needs just a little extra love, Rugar is ready to meet you.
