Meet Dimon! This adorable 48-pound girl is such a sweet, lovable and happy-go-lucky pup. She can be a bit nervous at first, but it doesn't take long for her silly side to come out-and that cute grin is sure to make you smile right back. She'll even show off her impressive treat-catching skills!
Dimon is so excited to see her people and get out of her kennel that she's easy to leash and always ready for some one-on-one time. She's still working on her leash skills, but she makes up for it with her incredibly affectionate personality. Once you start giving her pets and attention, she absolutely melts into you. She becomes calm and serene, happily soaking up the affection without jumping or becoming overstimulated. Dimon is a squirmy, wiggly, lovey girl who would happily curl up beside you on a bench for some snuggles.
Dimon was a star at a recent adoption event! She greeted everyone wonderfully, showing off her playful puppy energy while remaining polite and well-mannered. She loves playing with people, but she's also perfectly capable of entertaining herself with her toys, tossing them into the air and batting them back and forth while having the absolute best time! Dimon was a great car companion, too. After a little help getting into the backseat, she promptly zonked out for both rides. She was also very polite around the other dogs at the event. Although curious and interested in them, she was easy to redirect.
Dimon has met other dogs at the shelter, she can be a little nervous and does best with gentle dainty friends. She may need to meet any potential doggie roommates to make sure they are a good match.
