This charming 55 pound boy is proof that a little maturity can come with a whole lot of fun. Bean Pie absolutely loves playing fetch and showing off his energetic, playful heart. He absolutely loves his toys and will even carry them along on his walks.
Bean Pie enjoys exploring outside, following his nose and taking in all the interesting smells. But sniffing adventures are even sweeter with a human friend by his side-and this attention-loving boy is always happy to spend time with his people! He's easy to leash up and loves going for walks to sniff around. He can pull at times but he's very manageable-a tasty treat or a fun toy easily redirects his focus. He's very smart and food-motivated, which will make working on his manners so much easier and more rewarding!
He arrived at BARCS as a stray, and his finder described him as friendly, playful and full of personality. He also did well with their 10- and 13-year-old children while staying with them, sharing a lovely glimpse of the companion he can be.
Bean Pie would like to meet any potential doggie roommates to make sure they are a good match. He prefers the ladies over the males.
