Oscar has all the shepherd qualities, he's very smart, he's highly trainable, he would be protective of his property, and he loves nothing more than being right by the side of his owners. He picks up on things quickly and will excel with the right person.
Oscar came to us petrified and very unhappy, but we won him over, showed him that a person can actually keep him safe and give him the security he's always craved. Oscar is just a puppy full of love, kisses and cuddles, but he's looking for a confident, shepherd, experienced owner to give him a home with routine, structure, and a place he can finally feel safe. He might benefit from a friendly female shepherd to learn from and play with in his adult, cat free home.
