?? Buddy - A Big Boy With a Bigger Heart and a Serious Thing for Happy Meals
If love could be measured in tail wags and head tilts, Buddy would be breaking world records. This big, beautiful boy came to us underweight, sad, and tired. You could see it in his eyes-he hadn't had it easy. His body didn't match his size-he looked like someone hit "XL" on a puppy but forgot to feed him enough to grow into it.
But here's the thing: Buddy hasn't let it break him. Not even close.
He's sweet. He's gentle. He's goofy in that big-dog-who-doesn't-realize-he's-huge kind of way. He loves other dogs, loves people, and LOVES cheeseburgers (especially the McDonald's kind with a side of fries and a toy he can carry around like a trophy).
Buddy just wants a family. He wants someone to tell him he's finally safe. That he never has to be hungry again. That from now on, food comes from a bowl, love comes from a couch, and his name is said with a smile-not frustration.
