Bibi, a gentle yet timid dog, derives her name from the Swahili word for "mother." She and her puppies were rescued by a local rescue from scheduled euthanasia due to a mange mite infection. Time in a foster home revealed Bibi's lack of socialization and preference for outdoor living. Hallie Hill was then asked to take her in, providing her with the opportunity to become more accustomed to human interaction. Presently, Bibi is undergoing treatment for a positive heartworm diagnosis.
