Norman is very under socialized. He is fearful and will take time to bond with a person. If you are able to touch him, he will try to get away or just freeze in fear. After he gets comfortable in a new home, he will bark at strangers or members of the family he does not trust and may even run up to bite them. Norman loves the company of other dogs and can get very playful with them. We think that a home with another dog would be most beneficial to Norman to give him comfort and hopefully help him learn to trust his new family. Norman also requires regular grooming and poses a bite risk at the groomer. Norman is not house trained.
