Gizmo is a hound mix who has an abundance of affection to offer once he feels comfortable. He is house-trained and will do best in a home with a fenced backyard. Gizmo can be wary of strangers at first, but with time and patience, he becomes a devoted and affectionate companion. He is energetic and benefits from regular activity, though he does experience some anxiety around lawnmowers. At the sanctuary, Gizmo has coexisted peacefully with other dogs.
