Update: Eric had a blast yesterday at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams! (Thanks for the support, Jeni's!) He is such a sweet boy who is likely being overlooked in the shelter due to his cherry eyes. 🐾 Wonderful with people, especially kids - He seemed to be drawn to kids, wanted to follow them around, and had good manners with them.
🐾 Great with other dogs - He wanted to play with the playful pups around his age, but was content to just hang out near less playful dogs.
🐾 Calm in the car - He didn't get in on his own, but he was perfectly behaved once he was in and had no trouble jumping out when it was time. I imagine that once he's had a few more positive outings, he'll happily jump right in!

Eric and Laurie are sweet, friendly pups. They're also two peas in a pod who'd run and frolic together as well as sit together when it was time for treats. Both pups have cherry eyes, but that's something that can be corrected. They're still little cuties with fun and joy to share.
