Update: This special boy is Brave. He's only 8 months old! He's shy with new people but when he sees someone he knows, his wiggly, playful personality comes out and it's 100% adorable. A big snuggler, he doesn't seem to care much about walks, but that could change with a secure home outside the shelter once he gains a little confidence. He just wants to be near you the whole time.
A little ladies man! Brave gets along with other dogs, but especially females. As for cats, when we visited the catio at the shelter he seemed to have no interest in them at all.
As a young pup, Brave hasn't learned any commands yet and he doesn't seem to be housetrained, but he LOVES treats (and you can see here how gently he takes them from my hand), so hopefully he will be easy to train.
Brave has had a rough start, and he deserves a loving family that he can trust, that will teach him to live up to his name.
He's neutered and ready to go!

Brave is a sweet, shy cutie. He'd only walk as far as the interaction pen a few feet from his kennel, but that's understandable-he's a young pup in a loud, new place. Brave likes being close and wants to be loved on. His coat is soft, and he has the sweetest face. I know he'd shine in a quiet, loving home.
