I remember Romeo from earlier this summer when he came in with his best friend Juliet. Both had been adopted, but now Romeo is looking for a new home. He's back because he doesn't do well with cats. He's a sweet boy who likes to please and enjoys being rewarded with treats. He was a little bouncy on the leash when I first took him out, but after reminding him of his manners and having him sit, he did really well and was a good boy. I'm sure he was just excited about being outside with a friend. He'd sit on command, hop on the table, and was always happy for pets and attention. His former owner said he's been around other dogs and kids, but he's best with older children. I enjoyed being with Romeo and hope he finds a new home that's a good match for him-a home with lots of love and good times but no cats.
