Scrappy is an outgoingly sweet guy who just wants all the attention in the world! He loves making friends with other cats, snuggling them and rubbing against them. Don't be fooled by his growling either, he just has intense happy growls! He means no harm whatsoever. We aren't sure how he is with dogs, but with proper introductions he might be okay with them. If there are kids around, they should understand boundaries as he might get upset.
