When I turned up in a neighborhood and wasn't claimed, I came to Animal Ark to start over and find a great new home. After settling in at the shelter, I learned to trust people and enjoy life as an indoor dude. Orange tabby cats have a well-deserved reputation as sweet and affectionate. I did test positive for feline leukemia, a common virus that effects about 2% of the U.S. cat population. It is not transmittable to humans or species other than cats. Staff will be glad to answer any questions.
