Casper is. a terrier mixed with beagle. He is about 2 years old and a big ole teddy bear. He is house broken and has been around and good with other dogs, cats and kids. Basically Casper loves everyone. He is looking for a family to love. Casper is in a foster home, so please let staff know if you would like to meet him.
