Meet Wilbur, a handsome boy with a big purr and an even bigger love for chin scratches! This affectionate fellow enjoys spending time with his people and will happily lean in for pets, attention, and of course a few tasty treats along the way. In fact, snacks may just be the quickest route straight to Wilbur's heart. While he loves lounging with his favorite humans and eating a treat or two, he absolutely comes alive during playtime. in fact you could say that Wilbur is also a bit of a spring aficionado! A bouncy toy is all it takes to bring out his playful side, and watching him chase and pounce after his toys is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

One other thing to note with Wilbur is that he is a cat who appreciates having his boundaries respected. He enjoys affection on his own terms and is very good at letting you know when he's had his fill of cuddles for the moment. Because of this, he would do best in a home with older children and adopters who have previous cat experience and understand feline body language. Wilbur is so fluffy and between his loud purrs and love of attention, it's easy to see why everyone falls for him. Shelter life has been a little stressful for this sensitive guy, and he is more than ready to trade kennel life for a cozy and fun forever home of his own!

If you're looking for a cat with personality, affection, and plenty of purrs, Wilbur may just be your perfect match!

**This cat has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). They'll need to join a home with other FIV-positive cats or be your one-and-only feline friend. With proper care, many cats with FIV live long, happy, and healthy lives full of love and companionship***
