Tinky Winky is a cute little green budgie with a personality that mirrors Poptart's. He's sweet and a little reserved. While he may take some time to warm up, he's calm and curious, and clearly gains confidence from having Poptart close. Tinky Winky and Poptart enjoy flying and are active birds. Adopters should be comfortable with allowing safe, supervised out-of-cage flight time in an appropriate space and understand that they may prefer flying to perching on hands.
