Meet Parker, a big energetic boy with lots of love to give! He can be a bit shy with new people at first but with some patience he opens up into a social, outgoing boy! Parker is a young dog looking for an active home that can provide lots of time to work on proper socialization as well as basic training and manners.

HOME TYPE:
House or Townhouse- No large/busy apartments due to nervousness in new environments and new people.
CHILDREN:
No - Due to resource guarding and nervousness.
CATS & SMALL ANIMALS:
No - Parker should be the only animal in the home.
OTHER DOGS:
No - Parker should be the only animal in the home.
ACTIVITY/ENERGY LEVEL:
High; will need a lot of daily exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation.
HUMAN COMPATIBILTY:
First time dog owner possible as long as they're willing to work on difficult behaviours such as resource guarding.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/NEEDS:
Three in-person training to work on socialization, basic training and manners (such as jumping and mouthing), and resource guarding.
HUMAN SOCIAL IN SHELTER:
Once comfortable Parker is very human social and prefers to be around his favourite people as much as possible.

Food, treats and his people!
