SIZE:
72 lbs
HOME TYPE:
House or Townhouse. Gracey can be vocal and would do best in a home without shared walls.
CHILDREN:
No- Adult only, as she can be nervous and shy with new people and she is a large, high-energy dog that can be mouthy and jumpy once comfortable.
CATS & SMALL ANIMALS:
Yes- Cats potentially compatible with slow proper introduction.
OTHER DOGS:
Yes- Dogs potentially compatible.
ACTIVITY/ENERGY LEVEL:
High; will need a lot of daily exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation.
HUMAN COMPATIBILTY:
Would do best with an adopter who have large dog experience and who is willing to work on difficult behaviours, such as separation anxiety and touch sensitivity.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/NEEDS:
At least three in-person training sessions to work on socialization, basic training, manners, touch sensitivities as well as possible separation anxiety.
HUMAN SOCIAL IN SHELTER:
Very human social. She is so sweet and friendly once comfortable!
