Matilda is looking for a calm, cozy retirement home where she can enjoy soft beds, mellow strolls, and plenty of peaceful moments with her favorite humans. She's not one for the hustle and bustle, she'd much rather curl up beside you and enjoy the simple things in life.

House or Townhouse- No busy apartments as she can be a little shy and nervous of new environments.
CHILDREN:
Yes- Older children potentially compatible.
CATS & SMALL ANIMALS:
Yes- Cats potentially compatible with slow proper introduction.
OTHER DOGS:
Yes- Dogs potentially compatible.
ACTIVITY/ENERGY LEVEL:
Moderate to Low; will need some daily exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation but enjoys plenty of down time as well.
HUMAN COMPATIBILTY:
First time dog owner compatible.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/NEEDS:
At least one in-person training sessions to work on socialization, basic training and manners.
HUMAN SOCIAL IN SHELTER:
Very human social. She is so friendly and affectionate once comfortable! She will nudge you if you stop paying attention.
FAVOURITE THINGS:
She enjoys stuffed toys and scratches!
