Donny is a gentle, quiet rabbit who enjoys the simple comforts of a peaceful home: cozy spaces, fresh hay, and calm companionship. He has been in our care since August of 2024, and during this time, we've gotten to know his sweet, easygoing personality.
Donny has tested positive for E. cuniculi (a common parasite in rabbits), but he is currently asymptomatic and living a normal, happy life. Many rabbits with E. cuniculi never develop symptoms, and with routine vet care, a clean environment, and a watchful eye for any changes, Donny can continue to thrive for years to come.
If you're new to E. cuniculi, don't worry - we're happy to provide guidance, resources, and support to help you feel confident in caring for him. Donny is looking for a safe, stable home and someone who will appreciate his peaceful nature. In return, he will bring calm companionship, quiet affection, and a lot of love.
