While Arcee hasn't been directly around children, he's shown discomfort at their sounds from a distance, so a home without young children is recommended. He's also not a fit for cats, as his high prey drive can make feline companions uneasy. However, Arcee has shown good manners with calm, balanced senior female dogs (both small and medium-sized). His behavior with male dogs hasn't been tested.
