Candy may share her name with something sweet, but this beautiful 3-year-old Akita is more of a hidden treasure waiting for the right person to discover her. Beneath her cautious exterior is a dog who is looking for safety, patience, and someone willing to let her blossom at her own pace.
Her ideal home is a quiet, medium-activity household where life moves at a comfortable pace. Due to her sensitive nature, we recommend children be 10 years or older and able to respect her need for space when she's feeling uncertain.
