Pretty Mel came from a home with multiple cats. She is the last one left from that home and one of our longest resident cats. Mel is learning to trust and realize that people just want to love and care for her. After moving into our colony room, Mel has learned to explore and accept some pets. She would do best with another cat - and would probably connect with your cat before connecting with you. We know the perfect home is out there for her somewhere - a home that has cats and is missing a piece of their puzzle. Come meet Mel and see if you is meant for your family.
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 11-5pm.
