Thunder is a senior who came to us after neglect left him hurting, underweight, and medically fragile. He arrived with multiple untreated conditions that clearly developed over a long period of time. Despite everything his body has endured, Thunder's spirit is still gentle and kind.
This sweet old man did not choose neglect. He did not choose pain or abandonment. What he does deserve is dignity, comfort, and a safe place to rest - whether that's for months or years.
