Muenster is so much more than a pretty face (and believe us he is BEAUTIFUL): he is also whip smart player who loves to play fetch and enjoys a great squeaky ball! His sleek taupe brindle coat attracts admiring glances. He is well housebroken & walks really nicely on a leash. He is extremely gentle & sweet & loves affection & petting. He loves his long walks but is equally happy to relax in a car when going out for a pup cup, & he is a dream passenger. He has been in play groups here at the rescue and does very well with the other dogs, so he would welcome a meet with another dog. He is the perfect age: old enough to have gotten over the puppy work, but young enough to have many more years of happiness.
Muenster's personality would be suited to many different kinds of adopters, but he would need to be with children over 12 or no children because sudden noises & movements that little kids can make scare him. But there are just not enough superlatives to describe this well behaved & wonderful dog!
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history. We are open 11-5 pm.
