Handsome Merlin was adopted as a kitten with his sister, Luna, 10 years ago. They were recently returned due to a family member's allergies. After 10 years in a home, being in a cage is very scary for him. Merlin is the braver of the two. He loves to be pet and will roll on his side asking you to continue. His previous owner said that he loved to sit by open windows and watch birds. He likes to chase wand toys, especially toy mice. Merlin & Luna are not bonded and can be adopted separately. Merlin is being treated for hyperthyroidism which is easily managed with inexpensive medication. He is hoping to be back in a home soon. Come meet him and you may just fall in love.
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of current address and a cat carrier. We are open daily 11-5pm.
