Meet Luke Skywalker and his sister Leia! They are Belgian Malinois who are almost 9 months old.
They have been with us since March because their case had to go through the legal system. They are now ready to find their forever homes!
Luke and Leia are amazing dogs! They have become a fan favorite of staff and volunteers. They are both absolutely beautiful and majestic looking! Both pups have been getting worked with since arriving and know sit, down and wait. They just need a dedicated owner with this breed experience who will continue their training.
Belgian Malinois can be good family dogs for the right family, but they require a significant commitment to training, socialization, and exercise. They are intelligent, loyal, and protective, but also highly energetic and need a lot of mental and physical stimulation.
Think you're a great match for Luke or Leia, please come meet them! They are both fixed and ready to go home. They just need to meet everyone in the household and any dogs living in the home.
