Meet Cooper!
True to his breed, Cooper is an active, intelligent boy who thrives when his mind and body are kept busy. He's searching for a family that understands the needs of a working breed and is ready to invest in his continued training and confidence-building. Cooper can be a little unsure at times, but with patience and positive reinforcement, he quickly warms up to his people. Once you're in his circle, he loves to lean in for affection and will never turn down a good play session with his favorite toys. He'd do best in a home that has knowledge of Border Collies (or similar breeds) and is eager to give him outlets for his smarts and energy. Cooper is open to meeting older, dog-savvy kids and other lowkey dogs.
Stop by the shelter any day between 12-6:30pm to meet him!
