Poor Hickory cannot catch a break. He was adopted and returned twice in the past several months through no fault of his own. His most recent return is due to his owners moving and not being able to take him with them. They said that he loves playing with toys and watching birds and squirrels out the window. His first return was due to his new dad being highly allergic and making the heartbreaking decision to return him. He had only good things to say about how Hickory was in the home. His temperament was great and he really enjoyed meeting new people. Hickory was originally found as a stray in Philadelphia. He eventually made his way to MLAR! He loves spending time on the catios and watching birds and squirrels. He is playful and will chase wand toys. Hickory is a big fan of treats and will come to you for affection if you offer him some. Hickory is not a fan of other cats or dogs and wants to be your only pet. This young guy would make a great companion. Come meet him and you may just fall in love.
