Asoka is a shy girl who was rescued from a commercial breeding facility. She has come SO FAR in her time with us and has made great strides in learning to trust the staff and volunteers, walk on a leash and explore the grounds a bit more each time. She came to us completely terrified of everything, so this progress is huge for her and for us.
She seems to like other dogs and has walked with several which helps her gain some confidence from those who are more well-adjusted. Asoka would do best in a quieter home, with older kids or adults only and one with patience and kindness so she can continue to navigate this big world at her own pace.
