Bubby may take a little time to warm up to new people, but once he builds trust and a bond with you, he's a social, playful, and loving companion. He's the kind of dog who thrives in a relationship and will shower you with affection once he feels comfortable.
Bubby is incredibly smart and loves to stay busy. He enjoys working, learning new things, and staying mentally engaged. If you're looking for a dog who will thrive with training, problem-solving, and challenges, Bubby is your guy. He walks wonderfully on a leash, making him a joy to take on daily strolls.
He's open to meeting older, dog-savvy kids who can respect his space as he adjusts and is also comfortable meeting other dogs with proper introductions.
To adopt Bubby, stop into our shelter any day between 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM.
