Owner said canine (female/Chi Chi) ran out of house, at 129 Cypress So Ln, in Westbury, yesterday 1/16/2023 around 2ish. Has on red harness. She is spayed and has chip. I asked who the chip is registered with - said she did not register chip - said her vet inserted chip - Dr. Adam Krawczyk - LI Animal Hosp - 516-333-0400 - does not know if her registered chip. Described canine as black w/white chest blk spots.
